Congregation Beth Ahavah serves Philadelphia and the greater Delaware Valley's GLBT Jewish community and welcomes people of all gender and sexual identities. Since 1975, we've been committed to providing a comfortable place for people of all sexual orientations and religious affiliations to experience Judaism. In July 2007 Beth Ahavah affiliated with Congregation Rodeph Shalom. Beth Ahavah retains its congregational status within the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) and its membership in the World Congress of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Jews: Keshet Ga'avah. Beth Ahavah proudly offers its congregation dual membership at both Beth Ahavah and Rodeph Shalom.

Congregations Beth Ahavah and Rodeph Shalom are affiliated in spirit and share a sacred home.
